Does your company have food-related certifications?

Do you offer customized seasoning powder formulation? What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We provide OEM/ODM services. The MOQ depends on the formulation and packaging but typically begins at 100 kg.
Do your products contain allergens (e.g., peanuts, nuts, mustard)?
Some spices may be produced on shared lines with allergens. We provide allergen labeling and ingredient lists upon request.
What is the shelf life of your products? Do they require refrigeration or freezing?
Most spice products have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months and are recommended to be stored in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight and moisture, while some products need to be refrigerated.
Do you offer both powder and granular forms? Can you customize grinding fineness?

We supply bulk bags of 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, etc., and can customize packaging sizes according to your production line requirements.

Supply contracts can be signed and standardized stock levels can be maintained to ensure a steady flow of shipments.
Will spices deteriorate under high-temperature processes (e.g., frying, baking)?
We recommend heat-resistant spices for high-temperature applications and suggest adjusting dosing methods to improve stability.
Do spices require pre-sifting or sterilization? Any treatment recommendations?
Most spices can be used directly. For ready-to-eat foods, sterilization is recommended. We can also advise on pre-treatment solutions.

Delivery time for regular items is about 15-20 working days. Customized items are subject to confirmation depending on the complexity of the formula and the arrival date of the raw materials.

Packaging includes moisture-proof or aluminum bags, palletized in cartons, suitable for sea and air shipping.
Do you provide English labels and documentation?

Typical MOQ ranges from 100 to 300 kg, with flexible scheduling for mixed shipments.

What payment methods do you accept?
International wire transfer (T/T) is the main payment method. Terms may vary depending on the cooperation and country, including letters of credit (L/C).
