\ Classic Taiwanese Salt Crisp Chicken /

Applicable products: Salt Crisp Chicken Seasoning Powder



📌 Ingredients

boneless chicken thigh meat 400g (cut into pieces), 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine, 80g groundnut flour, 9-layer pagoda Salt Crisp Chicken Seasoning Powder 1.5tsp

Preparation Steps

1. Marinate chicken thighs in soy sauce, rice wine and 0.5 tsp ground spices for 30 mins.

2. Coat the chicken thighs evenly with groundnut flour and let it stand for 5 minutes to absorb the flour.

3. Heat oil at about 170°C. Fry in batches until the skin is golden brown and crispy.

4. Drain the oil and sprinkle with the remaining spice powder, mix well.

5. Throw in the Taiwanese basil and fry for 10 seconds as garnish.

\ Pepper Butter Shrimp/

Applicable products: Pepper Shrimp Spice

 

📌 Ingredients

Grass shrimp 300g (open back, leave shells on), cream 20g, minced garlic 1 tsp Pepper Shrimp Spice Powder 1.5 tsp



👩‍🍳 Preparation Steps

1. Wash and drain the prawns, mix with 0.5 tsp of spice powder and marinate for 10 minutes. 

2. In a hot pan, sauté the butter and garlic, then add the prawns and sauté until red and cooked. 

3. Sprinkle in the remaining spice powder and stir-fry quickly.

4. Sprinkle some more spices on the plate to enhance the flavor, and serve with beer.

\ Garlic Cream French Bread /

Applicable products: Pesto powder (fine powder) + Garlic granules (coarse granules)

 

📌 Ingredients

French Bread ½ loaf (sliced), Butter 40g (melted), Pesto Powder 1 tsp, Garlic granules 1 tsp, Chopped Parsley (optional)



👩‍🍳 Preparation Steps

1. Add garlic powder and garlic granules into the melted butter and mix well.

2. Spread bread slices evenly with garlic butter sauce.

3. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 6 to 8 minutes until the top is slightly crispy.

4. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro to enhance the color, suitable for frozen or ready-to-eat access.

\ Chicken White Soup Ramen /

Applicable products: Chicken Broth Powder (Instant)

 

📌 Ingredients

Chicken bones 300g (can be omitted for soup), Chicken Broth Powder 1.5 tbsp, Water 600ml, Ramen noodles, loose egg, BBQ pork slices, green onion.



👩‍🍳 Preparation Steps

1. Boil water, add chicken stock powder and stir until completely dissolved.

2. Cook the ramen noodles and put them into a bowl, pour in the stock.

3. Add toppings such as loose egg, barbecued pork, shredded green onion, etc. and enjoy.

4. Suitable for centralized kitchens or ramen chains as a stable soup base solution.

\ Typhoon Shelter Shrimp /

Applicable products: Typhoon Shelter Seasoning Powder

 

📌 Ingredients

300g prawns (open back), 3 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp finely chopped chili pepper, 1.5 tsp Typhoon Shelter Seasoning Powder.




👩‍🍳 Preparation Steps

1. Dredge shrimp in flour and deep fry until golden brown.

2. In a separate pot, sauté minced garlic and chili pepper, and add typhoon shelter seasoning powder.

3. Add the shrimp and stir-fry over high heat to make the shrimp crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

4. Serve with rice or as a side dish in a restaurant.

\ Old Fashioned Braised Pork Rice /

Applicable products: five-spice powder (including star anise, cloves, etc.) + white pepper

 

📌 Ingredients

600g skinless pork, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice wine, 3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped), 1 tsp five-spice powder, 0.5 tsp white pepper



👩‍🍳 Preparation Steps

1. Blanch the pork and remove the blood.

2. Heat a little oil in a wok and sauté garlic and five-spice powder.

3. Add the meat, soy sauce, rice wine, and water to submerge the ingredients, and slowly braise over low heat for 1.5~2 hours.

4. Sprinkle white pepper before the pot to enhance the flavor, with braised eggs and green vegetables into a bowl of classic braised pork rice.

\ Smoked Flavor Steak /

Applicable products: Walnut Smoking Powder

 

📌 Ingredients

2 pieces of sirloin steak, salt and black pepper, 0.5 tsp. of Walnut Smoking Powder, cream, garlic, rosemary (for sautéing).



👩‍🍳 Preparation Steps

1. Defrost the steak and let it rest for 10 minutes with salt and black pepper.

2. Sprinkle smoking powder evenly over the top of the steak and let stand for 5 minutes.

3. In a hot pan, sauté the steak with butter, garlic and rosemary on both sides until cooked to your liking.

4. The smoky flavor comes out naturally, making it ideal for high-end cuisine or frozen ready-to-eat meals.

\ Spice Grilled Chicken Thigh /

Suitable for: Chicken marinade spices

 

📌 Ingredients

2 boneless chicken thigh cutlets, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp ground marinade spices



👩‍🍳 Preparation Steps

1. Wash and dry the chicken thigh , sprinkle with spice powder and olive oil and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Bake in oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or in air fryer at 180°C for 15 minutes.

3. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavorful spices.

4.Suitable for vacuum frozen ready-to-eat chicken cutlets, lunchbox entrees, and deli supermarket items.
